No bidding, so changing this from a WTA to straight WTS. Price will be fixed at 12.5b. That's below training cost in PLEX and saves you 18 month of top of that, should be more than reasonable, especially with this good skill layout.

Manic Monday bump. Lower-skill pilots come in plenty, these all-missile 5 and rest-support-very-good characters, don't. It's a good/fairly low start bid at 10b, so there's plenty of room for a good deal for a buyer from the get-go.
